over a decade ago, my beloved grandmother, affectionately known as honey, was diagnosed with cancer. in an effort to support her medical bills, i transformed my candle-making hobby into a heartfelt fundraiser. this labor of love not only brought our community together but also illuminated honey’s unwavering spirit. just weeks after our fundraiser, honey passed away abruptly, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and light that inspired me to keep her memory alive. thus, candelles was born, a candle company dedicated to spreading her light and love.
