when will my order ship?

our team usually needs 2-3 business days to pack and ship your order. for orders placed during launches and sales, we ask that you allow 5-7 business days.

where do you ship to?

we ship worldwide. please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA. all customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

i would like to pick-up my order placed online. is this possible?

yes, absolutely! please select the 'local pick-up' option during checkout and a member of our team will reach out to you via email to schedule a good pick-up time with you.

how are the items sold in your shop sourced?

we focus on products that are made ethically and in an environment-friendly manner. most of the items are sourced locally to help other small businesses and support local artists.

how do i get my products featued in your shop?

please reach out to us using the form on our contact page and/or send samples to the shop directly with a note mentioning where we could find your linesheet to order.

returns

what is your return policy?

we will honor returns on any unused items that we deem resellable, as long as they were not marked 'final sale' prior to being sold. the decision as to whether the items can be resold is at the complete discretion of our team only. returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

my item arrived damaged. What should i do?

we take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. if your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page and take of picture of the damages. we can file a reimbursement claim with the mail carrier used on your behalf.

do you offer cash on delivery?

unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. a payment must be made up front when placing an order online, but we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments.

can i make payment installments on an order?

yes! we’ve partnered with both shoppay and afterpay to provide flexi-payment options for our customers all over the globe.

i received a gift certificate. how long is it good for?

all of our gift certificates and online e-gift cards expire five years from the purchase date.

can i use a payment plan on workshops?

yes, our flex-payment options are available for all products, workshops, and gift cards.
