workshop faq
how long is a workshop class?
usually our workshops last 1-2 hours, but each listing will detail the specifics of a workshop.
if i purchase a workshop ticket, can i reschedule if needed?
yes, all workshop tickets can be rescheduled for an equivalently priced workshop, as long as the request is made at least 3 business days prior to originally scheduled workshop.
can we bring our own beverages to a workshop?
we will serve light snacks and refreshments at each of our workshops, but you are more than welcome to byob as well!
can i cancel my reserved workshop seat?
yes, we do accept workshop reservation cancellations if made at least 48 hours in advance. you can do so by logging into your customer portal and modifying your reservation or you can submit a cancellation request using the form on our contact page.
do you host private workshops?
yes we do! please use the form on our contact page to reach out about booking a private workshop. we'll do our best to work with your availability. (*8 person required minimum)
